Booking and Amendments
Individual bookings can be made either through

If you wish to amend your booking, please contact the sales team directly. This must be done 3 days prior to your date of arrival. Group bookings must do this 10 days before the arrival date.
If you have not received a confirmation number or a confirmation email, please check your spam inbox first, make sure that you entered the correct email address, if you still can’t find your booking, then it is likely that your booking has not been processed. Please call or e-mail our sales team and check if your reservation has in fact been made.
Please contact the specific sales team ASAP and inform them of your plans. If you intend to arrive after 2am on the scheduled date of arrival you must inform the hotel otherwise our no-show policy will apply. We will do our very best to contact you before we cancel your reservation.
Customers are able to check-in at any time from 2pm up until 9pm only. The hotel gate closes at 9pm. If you intend to arrive after 2pm on the scheduled date of arrival you must inform the hotel otherwise our no-show policy will apply.
Customers need to check-out by 10am in the departure date.
It is possible to simply turn up at the Yangrima Eco-Lodge on the day and book at the hotel reception. However, it’s less risky and you will get the best price if you book in advance.
Hotel Information
Hairdryers and irons are available upon request at the hotel reception. Kettles are not provided in the rooms, but free hot drinking water is available during operating hours.
Yes, we have one meeting room and one conference hall with a capacity of up to 40 people.
We welcome all furry friends to the lodge. However, please follow our pet policies to ensure both you, your pet and other guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.
- Pets must be fully trained.
- All pets must be restrained or kept on a leash on hotel property when not in the guest’s bedroom.
- No pet should be left unattended.
- Pets are not allowed in the Kitchen and Dining room.
- They must comply with local legislation requirements.
- No additional pet fees are charged.
No, we do not have lifts.
Rooms are reserved for the guests listed in the reservation. Visitors are allowed only with the prior approval of the duty manager. Please inform our team if you are expecting guests.
Yes, we provide room service. You can also avail warm meals at our restaurant.
Yes, all Deluxe Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms. Dormitory rooms have shared bathroom facilities.
Yes. The secure car parking space is right next to the main entrance. You can also wash your car here.
Smoking is not permitted. Yangrima Eco-Lodge has a strict non-smoking policy within all parts of the hotel.

We offer basic toiletries such as toilet paper, hand wash and shower gel
A Deluxe Double Room features one double bed and can accommodate two guests. It includes an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, ideal for couples or small families.
A Deluxe Twin Room includes two single beds and can accommodate two guests. It also has an en-suite bathroom.
A Dormitory Room has three or more beds with shared bathroom facilities. This option is ideal for groups, training participants, or school groups. Dormitory rates are cheaper than Deluxe Rooms.
Yes, Yangrima Eco-Lodge has a restaurant that serves meals prepared with fresh, organic produce from our farm. Our bar offers a limited selection of beverages.

Payments
No, we do not have card payment facilities at the hotel.
Yes, we accept online bank and mobile transfers (e-Sewa, Khalti, ImePay, etc.).
Prices are listed per person. A single supplement extra fee applies if you wish to book a twin or double room for one person.
Miscellaneous
Yes, we offer secure luggage storage for an additional fee. Make sure to keep your storage ticket for retrieval.

You can submit a complaint through our ‘Contact Us‘ page. Be sure to include your name, contact details, reservation number, and the dates of your stay. We aim to respond to complaints within 4 working days.
Yes, you can make a booking for someone else. The guest must present the confirmation and a valid photo ID at check-in.
Registering your details allows us to manage your booking and provide access to your reservation information. It is also a requirement by the Nepal Government.
