If you wish to amend your booking, please contact the sales team directly. This must be done 3 days prior to your date of arrival. Group bookings must do this 10 days before the arrival date.

If you have not received a confirmation number or a confirmation email, please check your spam inbox first, make sure that you entered the correct email address, if you still can’t find your booking, then it is likely that your booking has not been processed. Please call or e-mail our sales team and check if your reservation has in fact been made.

Please contact the specific sales team ASAP and inform them of your plans. If you intend to arrive after 2am on the scheduled date of arrival you must inform the hotel otherwise our no-show policy will apply. We will do our very best to contact you before we cancel your reservation.

Customers are able to check-in at any time from 2pm up until 9pm only. The hotel gate closes at 9pm. If you intend to arrive after 2pm on the scheduled date of arrival you must inform the hotel otherwise our no-show policy will apply.

Customers need to check-out by 10am on the departure date.

Yes. The secure car parking space is right next to the main entrance. You can also wash your car here.

Smoking is not permitted. Yangrima Eco-Lodge has a strict non-smoking policy within all parts of the hotel.

Children of any age can stay at the hotel as long as they are accompanied by an adult. An adult is considered to be those aged 18 years and above.

It is possible to simply turn up at the Yangrima Eco-Lodge on the day and book at the hotel reception. However, it’s less risky and you will get the best prices if you book in advance.

Hairdryers and irons are available in our hotel receptions. Kettles are not available in our rooms. However free hot drinking water is available during the opening hours.

Yes. We have one meeting room and one conference hall (capacity 40 people) in our hotel.

No. Pet animals are not allowed inside the Eco-Lodge.

No. We do not have lifts.

Yes these are included in your room purchase.

Our rooms are for the guests that are named in the reservation. If any guests have any visitor, they can only be admitted with specific permission from of our duty manager. If you are staying with us and expect any guests please speak to our team before arrival.

All of our rooms are cleaned before your visit and after you leave before the next guest arrives. If you would like additional cleaning services during your visit this can be arranged for a fee at the time of booking or at the hotel directly

Yes – All our deluxe rooms come with en-suite facilities. However, our dormitories have shared bathroom facilities.

Please contact the sales team directly in order to request a specific room near to each other. We will do our best to accommodate such requests but please note it may be subject to availability.

We offer basic toiletries in the form of toilet paper, hand wash and shower gel

A deluxe double room consists of 1 double bed and can accommodate 2 guests. This includes en-suite and its own balcony. This is suitable for couples or a small family.

A Twin room consists of 2 single beds and can accommodate 2 guests. This includes en-suite.

A dormitory room has 3 or more beds with shared bathrooms. This is ideal for a group of friends, training / workshop participants, school group or a large family. Dormitory rates are cheaper than deluxe rooms.

Yes. Yangrima Eco-Lodge has restaurant where all meals are cooked fresh using our own organic vegetables, fruits, eggs, milk etc. Our small bar has a limited selection of drinks.

The price is per person. A small single supplement charge applies if you wish to book a twin or double room for one person.

Yes – we have secure luggage storage available at our hotels. Please note that luggage storage comes at an additional cost which have to be paid in advance.
Please make sure you keep hold of your ticket given when you drop your luggage to retrieve it at a later time.

You can make a complaint by sending us a message via our Contact Us page to allow us handling your complaint better. Please always include your name and last name, contact email, stay dates and reservation number when possible. We aim to get back to our customers within 4 working days after receiving the complaint.

Yes, you can. The guest must bring with them the confirmation and a valid piece of photo ID.

We ask you to register your details with us in order for us to manage your booking/s now and in the future as well as enabling you to access your booking details at any time. You can register when you make your first booking with us. This is also a requirement from Nepal Govt.
